[Release] Proxy(filter) crasher / Website crasher

Not the "normal" release, but released so server-owners or coders can fix this problem, using sock4/sock5 proxies to flood [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Normally all coded filters are responding to all ports, even [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...], etc [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and it will count as 1 active connection, by flooding this with this tool the filter will crash or "lag" and use all the computers ram etc..

Can also be used to crash websites, spam downloading stuff from websites etc....

Works on most filters, this was used to crash big servers such as:
Elamidas,
Electus
... for weeks :rolleyes:

Doesn't work on servers behind Hyperfilter protection, anymore :D.
