Someone help

Is it possible to change or cancel bank passwords without knowing them? My friend said he thought you could but did'nt know how. Someone has put bank pass on my char and i put report in site but no reply and i did it month ago i dont have full info but i do have the email still. Can someone please help me?

I have a character with the same problem and had no response from support as yet and I've sent in 2 requests. I managed to get all the money out using a proxy but seeing as i don't know the UID of the items I have, I can't get them :(
