Idea for an awesome server

Hello,

I would like to know if someone as an awesome idea for making a different server.

Here are my ideas:

EP 4.5
  • Max Level 60 (x20 Rate)
  • Kill Rate x1
  • No Noss
  • No Debuff
  • Max Lapis Lv6
  • Max Ele II
  • Sonic I
  • No Flash Lapis
  • Enchants [10]
  • Heroic Accessories
My idea is to make end game items hard to get and semi end game items easily farm-able. So that all players can get strong from the start and are able to PvP and yet have a progress to make in the long run. To sum it up, players will attain Legendary Gear, Weapons, Lapis 5 and Duals with ease including Ele I and Sonic I. Then work towards Goddess and 6's which will not be so easy.

Starting Gear:

In boxes that they can open when they reach those levels

Level 1 Armor and Weapons 5 stats on all (boots increase movement speed by I)
Level 16 Armor and Weapons 10 stats on all (boots increase movement speed by I)
Level 40 Armor and Weapons 15 stats on all (boots increase movement speed by I)
Level 45 Quest Weapons x 4 all Elements

Item Drops:

Legendary Armor = Deep Desert 1 (Drop Rate 25% from Mobs 100% from Boss Mobs)
Legendary Weapons = Jungle (Drop Rate 25% from Mobs 100% from Boss Mobs)
Level 55 Armor = Deep Desert 2 (Drop Rate 1% from Mobs 10% from Boss Mobs) (For those who want to stand out and look different)
Goddess Armor and Weapons = CTI (Drop Rate 100%) Spawn Time One Week

The General Idea here is to have players easily farm decent gear and lapis and then work and fight to attain end gear items. If factions are unbalanced, events will be held in Capitals and OI bosses will be removed from DD1 and Jungle until factions become balanced again.

Only one account per person will be allowed. No dual boxing.
You can only farm PvP OI bosses if you have an open raid (Players must be fully geared and linked 5s).

15 PvP Areas
  • Level I Ele Only
  • Normal Accessories Only

Take ele2 out, just ele 1 would be 11/10

I feel like Shaiya Episode 4.5 was awesome the way it was. I'm not sure if modifications is needed. Yes, debuff lapis is annoying, but, PvP at Seraphim for trying to have a debuff lapis was so cool, it's not like if they was dropping at OI. I honestly think a higher exp rate and a good item mall, with a conversion of gold into AP and vote would be enough. And I think that Hard mode should not exist, instant UM at level 1 and free CRR PID and EE.

And drop gear DD1/DD2 is maybe to ez ?

It wasn't really meant to be a different server. There are already great servers out there. Only problem is, most of them if not all of them, are pay to win. What I'd like is a server that rewards players for their efforts and has no donations that influence player progress.

Legendary gear is easy to farm but to enchant it, rec rune, link it with 6's will not be easy. It will still give players something to work towards while making them feel "uber". So they dont get bored of weak stats. Atleast thats how I feel.
