~~~ Go to C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\ or wherever Chrome is located
~~~ Delete All the content inside your Chrome folder including chrome.exe and the subfolders
Step 4
~~~ Download the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] release of Chrome 47
~~~ Extract the archive at C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\ or wherever your Chrome is located
~~~ Run the new Chrome

Step 5
~~~ Go to chrome://flags
Enable ~> Disable Media Source API
Enable ~> Disable Encrypted Media Extensions
Disable ~> Enable prefixed Encrypted Media Extensions
~~~ Don't forget to scroll to the bottom and click Relaunch Chrome...

~~~ Block your extensions and Unblock your plugins such as Adobe Flash
