I am searching too for these files.
I have a server.rar from raijo but its password protected.
I now searching for the files "StrippedLoginServer" and use_localhost.bat *damn i deleted them a few years ago -.-*

This is the decryption/encryption function for MxO World server packets.
Can someone say whats happened?
I tried to make a similiar script with php to try to decrypt the packet but it doenst work.
It seems that after Bytes 01 (every packets start with it), there are 16 Bytes which should be the key.
So the Rest after Byte 17 are DATA in form from crc +len+ time+ data.
But i had tried to make this with chat packets to see a string, but it seems not work.

Updates : MxO decryption was broken 3 days before MxO ends (for world server it was broken a month before, but margin and auth later^^), so we have many pakets and a little working version where you can alone use MxO .
More is on progress (only Emotes are working and with the 3rd party tools you can do some RSI changes , Spawn NPCs etc.).
