2moons support

Hi guys i have a problem. I forgot my password and sent 3-4 mail to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] 4 weeks ago and they havent responded me yet.

Is there a problem about support or something? Or somebody has same problem like me?

use that, and it will send a new password automaticly

Naw, same thing is happening to my main. It's not Emailing me my new pass. Hope it works for Bert though.

Its been about 4 weeks for me also. Ive sent them all the correct info like 10 times...They say ok a password will be sent to your registered Email account.

Never gets mailed.=/

waidas123- the problem is, my user id not registered to my mail thats y i wanted to reset it via support

JCArky- same here i tried it many times and they still dont reply, so i cant play the game -.-

If someone got into your account they probably changed the registered email address. So your s.o.l. I think :D

they cant change the registered email :D they can change your the email where the account is on at this time but not the email from when you registered !!!

if its not on ur email, then ur dead, couse they only send passwords to the originals.

no no i have the original mail address but when i try to reset my password via 2moons.acclaim.com it says that user id couldnt found or something.

my problem is "I can't reset my password via support cuz they dont reply to me" :)

Try clicking "i forgot my user id" i had that problem, and that fixed it

The same thing is going to happen as the "forgot my password"......Nothing..lol

I don't think our accounts are hacked, its just lame ass support is facked up at the moment. I think we will get our accounts back some time...

In the mean time Bert, when new bypass comes out, just hack like crazy until ur the same lvl as you were. Then go 10 lvls higher...heh

I have to admit that I'm relieved its not only me having this problem. :/
