How do you mean that? Does Malwarebytes opens the client without letting the virus out or what? When i extract it the virus can do what he want when i stop my virus programm

The client and files are save, disable your virusscanner.

If it's a false positive, your anti-virus automatically deletes the files and files that it has believed to spread to.
