Your tool bugs out exo, somehow it makes the uppercut/right click attack go way higher than it is supposed to be. Might have a look on it?

If you won't go above 100-150fps, you prolly won't notice a difference.
It's a known issue caused by s4league itself.

Didnt go above 100 fps just raised it up to 80, another played had the same issue too

Not gonna lie this is probably the most useful and original hack , that isn't is a source copy of inf sp or itc , So thank you . it Ain't shit at all because i'm pretty sure no one over the last 5 years of s4 has made one of these and trust me , me and the guys always talk about how s4's 60fps lock is crap
