CertificationServer Error ! Help :(

Hello Everybody..
I Got This Error 1000 Time I tried every every thing reput ip's download new one. delete all files and start new ,, new windows and start new,, Nothing Working Every time i open CertificationServer I Got This Error Please any help :(

just put the right ip into srNodeType.ini and you are done

i checked it 100 time everything is ok.. still have problem :(

cert is using your ipv4 address
and your local one

so open cmd -> ipconfig
and check your ipv4 address
