Error while starting CustomCertificateServer

Hey, hello :)

I just wonder if someone knows perhabs how to fix this kind of error which occurs at me.

I'm following the instructions of this Tutorial from this site [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If anyone knows what's wrong or could help me in some way I would really appreciate it a lot.

Cert from SROinfo is limmited to ip adress range 192.xxx.xxx.xxx, just use other cert.
