Sure, all nations have theire own ip adress extension. Set filter to it, and you wil have only national server. But you canīt avoid users to use proxy in youre country. Then you must blacklist proxy server adreses. And its hard to track.

That's not always true. Some ISPs buy external ips, i know that for a fact. RDS, the largest romanian ISP bought some german ips a while back and is still using them today.Quote:
