Login only when char is level > 30

Hello. I'm trying to make a script when you log in into the member panel, you need to have a char atleast level 30. If you doesn't have one, it's say "You need to have atleast one char level 30." and if you have one then it work, if someone can help me with skype or anything, tell me plz.
