Questions about starting a private server

1) can it work on windows 10?
2) if so, which sql should i get?
3) what is a good episode to start on?
4) is there any guides to creating a server on a windows 10 laptop?

1) I think you can't run server on Windows 10, but i might be wrong :P
2) I was using 2012 but you might use any you like :D
3) I think many people looking for EP 5
4) There is guide how to install Shaiya Server

1)NO, use virtual machine or VDS, and windows server 2012 or windows server 2012 R2.
2)MSSQL 2014 or 2016
3)mb ep 5 with ep6-7 content

yes it is possible but it is not recommended.
