[Release] Certification Data Manager

Hello :)
I had this idea to make an app that would allow you to customize the Certification configuration
so I wrote this little app (I'm sure it's coded badly and buggy because I am an noob at coding :P but still it works somehow) and thanks to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] release of his [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] with MSSQL support it was possible to do so.

Before you try it, change the SQL Info in SQLConf.cs to yours.
