Title pretty much says all, I'm looking for a ini decrypter thats possible to decrypt the classic-al ini files. Reason is I'd like to edit the effects ini file to disable random effects from changing items, lens, going on mount and logging/out etc like I did on justac. Thank you but it keeps saying MSVCP120d.dll is missing. I have installed the dll but still the same error. Windows 10.Quote:
