Client Packet

Hello everyone,
Someone is using GM Command in game but they are player.
SQL , SMC etc have not a outdoor. But they can say we use client packet on sro_client.exe.
What is this? Who can help for that.

Even if they are using the GM packet, the gameserver will not allow them to take that action because they're not actually GMs. What kind of stuff are they doing? invisible/invincible or something else?

ETC. they sent a packet for gateway so gateway believe they are GM so they can use these command. How can ı fix this packet?
