EP4 /itemdrop command

Hi, I am looking for command syntax /itemdrop.
This command isn't working.
/itemdrop <itemid> <plus> <flag> <amount> <1> <Rareoption id> <value>

I would like to create jewellery that would give, for example, 1k HP.

You cant drop you a jewel with seals , only by updating in db & the itemdrop command works perfectly
