Web Client http dotnet help me

Hi, I open this topic because it is here one year I learned C # and I would now be able to create a bot "request" via webclient finally like everyone mond efait the only tutorial on the net are in a unreadable English french translation ducoup if someone would be kind enough to share source comment or see good tutorial assistance via chat, and do not tell me abot ... it is ****:bandit:
