How can i make chargeback

Hello, can anybody tell me how can i make chargeback to my money? I bought 45 euros RP to a account from mistake and want to get them back. What i do now?
- I contact Riot?
- I can do by myself with any way?
- I must contact my bank?

Tell you bank u want your money bank, they dont need a reason or wont request a reason from you.

Okay okay..im just afraid that they will tell me why i bought it then if i werent sure and want chargeback now..thats all

They are not the police and whatever you bought is none of their business.
