on a 0 gap on ecsro vip ( 15x bigger rates) on about level 85, handgrinding on my level mobs with a ff nuker char, i got about 20-30% an hour
in isro that would result in 1.3-2% per hour, add premium gold ticket u get lets say 4% an hour
5 hours of premium - 20%
19 more hours - 38%
in total of 24 hour day grinding you would get 58% which means you need about 2 days to level up from about 85..
in conclusion: leveling from 85 to 100 would take at least a month with premium gold
