[help]L2 walker itemID/Number!

today after indonesian patch Gracia Final Plus. . .(i dont know what is 'plus' means)
IG and OOG starts normally, except for one condition. . . .
there's a problem on the Item ID/Number,the Inventory window in walker's information tab looks very messed up(ID=0, ID=65536, ID=9999).
So walker can't use ITEMCOUNT, BUYITEM, or other itemID related scripts. . . .

anyone know the problem??????im certainly sure that the problem is on the walker that can't read the item's ID anymore, and must be updated. . .but how?
im using IG 2.16c and OOG 10.9.7(works perfectly before the patch)

New problems:
every item-related-scripts works except for buying things from NPC,right after starts a dialog with NPC and choose the first dialog(which refers to buying things) and the buying tab opens,the scripts is running "BUYITEM(itemname[itemid],qty;)" but nothing happens in the game.Anyone knows???
The "gracia final" patch in Indonesia add a new step in buying things from NPC.
before patch:player add what he wants to buy in the buying tab and click "done",the buying tab disappears,inventory tab opens(with new item inside it)
after patch:player add what he wants to buy in the buying tab and click "done",a confirmation pop-up arises, player click on the "confirm" button,buying tab disappears, inventory tab opens(with new item inside it)

my second question:how to fix the OOG 10.9.8c into english???(login,logout,restart, and everything). Mine are a lot of squares. . . thx. . . .

anyone can help me,i am use l2walker 2.09 it work it,but item skill,item ID is missing,can anyone help me
