Respawn Problem

I want to be born in the city in their original form

the problem may be in which table

Despite the 'born' thing, I did the following and it did what you want. How? I have no fucking idea. Never did it before.

First I changed the AppointedTeleport but nothing happened then I simply changed the TelPosR,X,Y,Z to the death position once from _Char table and bam. It's respawning to its last death position.

Dude, I was so clear! TelRegion, telposx etc to your death position.
