I would like to share something I made.

* Edit: Added missing items in "Others" section.
* 2nd edit: Fixed map coordinates

how to become aGM in game and set permission to use these tools?

Set the characters permission to 100 in Telecaster.dbo.character table permission column.

Okay so i've change it from the column to 100 in the the Edit top 200 rows. then when i logged in the game how could i use the tools?, its no where to sign in the tools.

Most GM tools do not have a direct connection to the game.

They are a copy paste setup where they give you a command to copy and paste into the chat window.
