View Texture model C4D

I wanted to ask for help because I am new to this and do not know how to load the texture to edit ... From now thank you very much!

just drag an drop the texture in .jpg format on the mesh or Create a new Material ( left botto Corner) , choose a Texture in Atribut window ( right bottom Corner) and Applie the Material to the Mesh

little hint:
just remember jpg has no alpha channel like tga if you need transparency :D
