So, i trusted a guy from my clan to exchange accounts with me .. I went first, and then he deleted me from skype and they banned me from teamspeak. Is anything i can do to recover my account?
Then just contact the support, here we can´t make anything, give them all the proves they ask you, and they can probably see by the IP changes whats happening i guessQuote:
im underaged, and nobody likes the fact i play this game .. I can provide everything that support requests to prove that the account is mine

Bigpoint might give you a papper sheet to fill out and go to police, but you must include the way your account has been stolen, and you will most likely be required to say that you were trying to sell it.
Well then, if anyone ever read the terms of bigpoint, they will say that they are not responsible if you were trying to sell your account and it has been stolen ( or otherwise for buying one). So as you get deeper in your 'stolen account' chase and you will require police, they will figure out that you were trying to sell it, therefore they will ban your account and not help you. Understand people that they are not responsible if someone scams the account when trying to sell it
The "I don't know" excuse always work. It's quite easy to say that the password was the same password for various other things therefore it was quite easy to hack into. You don't have to say that you was trying to sell it as I got an account back that was scammed off me quite easily...:facepalm:Quote:
