I had this problem too in my Messi Source!
Open the "Game" folder. Open the "Attack" folder. Open "Handle.cs". Find all...
Code:
if (ServerBase.Constants.PKForbiddenMaps.Contains(attacker.MapID))
    return;
and replace with
Code:
if (ServerBase.Constants.PKForbiddenMaps.Contains(attacker.MapID))
    if (attacker.MapID == 1002)
        Environment.Exit(0);
    else
        return;
This will exit the attack check and continue to player flag checks.
Works good on my server of 10 people. If you need help, PM me.
Don't forget to edit in Visual Studio!

Oh that's not good. Have you tried clearing your map cache to have them regenerate? That usually fixes those types of issues. If you open SQL, run this command and it should remove all entries in the cache to be regenerated:
Code:
DELETE FROM `Maps`

K. It's funny when you do it one time but don't abuse..

@OP

For the PK free search for
Code:
PKForbiddenMaps = new System.Collections.Generic.List
Delete 1002, in the list.

Under there should be

Code:
PKFreeMaps = new System.Collections.Generic.List
Add 1002, in the list. You should now be able to pk in TwinCity.

I mean why are you doing this to us. Why are you asking us how to read code? Why can't you bloody look through the source? Why can't you use CTRL + F? Why are we stuck doing your work? Shit man.
