Cabal interface Problem please help

My Problem today is:

I have a Notebook with Windows XP. If I go in Cabal I have a big Problem with my interface. See self..

So... Install again do not functioned...

Your Skin is corrupt. I suggest you DL a new one.
But hey, that's kinda clean. If I had that problem, I won't change it to normal. Kinda liked the Transparency.
