There is not the metin server that i'm looking for..

IF THIS IS YOUR SERVER YOU WILL BE ABLE TO USE XAMMP AND THROUGH REGISTER PAGE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SEE IF THE SERVER IS ONLINE.
