[HELP]Please fix my error

Hello everybody!
I have a error for install Microsoft Visual C# 2005/2008.
My computer info:
-Win XP Professional
-SP2
-.NET FRAMEWORK 3.0

Can install it? why? Becouse i need enable bits 2.0 i dont know why : (.
