Question about MountMotion.ini

This morning i wakeup checking MountMotion.ini and found the the every line in MountMotion.ini start with strange numbers which not linked to any other file

25999111=c3/Horse/825000/111.c3

this numbers (25999 25999 25999 25999) what is this numbers :OO >?
is it alphabetic or random or what ?

:O i think the last 99 is repeated with all other mounts so ( 259 259 259 ) is ?

Its pretty simple:

25999100 = 25 999 100

25 is responsible for mount number (MountType adequate etc)
999 - repeatable for all - simply constant
100 - number representing certain action vs Animation (for example 100 how it will be have when standing normally, 101 animation when moved, 153 etc for example can be for jump animation, other for animation when attacking) etc etc

About the first number 25 as well ... MountMotion unfortunatelly is build this way that can cover numbers between 1-99 Only ... which makes possible to have max 99 properly working with animations mounts on server ...
