How could this be, I want to prevent a party in the region?

It's possible using a packet filter, just like Torque.

Yes, I thought about that, but it will be hard to get it working in all cases, well let's say you will block the packet sent by a person if the position is x, how about party matching, lets say you will get this working too but what if the person was already in a party.

Create @Party matching : blocking the packet as well.
Already in a party : I can force him to leave the party as soon as he enters this region.

The easy way is that to pay for Torque. The hard way is to study the database again and you will find a way to disable a party in the region you want (Party mobs and players parties)

I don't think the player party is related to DB, not sure!

It can be done through the database, it's pretty easy. Sorry... I'm not going to help or give hints. If he couldn't do it (which I know he wont be able to) he can buy Torque it's cheap.
