PhBot Party buffing

Hi guys,
i got the phbot, there is a tab espacially for party buffing, but it does not work.
On the left side is a table named 'party buffs', next to it on the right side are arrows a left and right one, when i now choose 'mana cycle' from my bard char to put on the right side using the arrows, nothing happens :(

You must choose player on right side and skills on left side, than click arrow which points to the left. This way it will add choosen player to choosen buff. I hope you understand what I mean ;)
