yea but im edit the gui with command but i can''t delite i try delite it frome gui and no icon but when you click its opening

dime, thats sounds like alot of work like abdoi said... if i were you i would just downgrade the base cuz lower patches is awesome..

Actually there's a PM command to get a popup that will allow you to edit the GUI. Just send a General data packet to the client with the subtype 116, data parameter 3264. And it'll show some sort of interface to assist you. Be sure to backup your GUI.ini first!
