help please!

i have a problem, 2 months ago i bought premium to one of my accounts, that acc got banned in the last banwave, but today i find a message from paypal telling me that i have made a pay to bigpoint for 15 euro, because i didnt cancell the suscription, now i want to send them a ticket but i cant because i dont know the ID of my acc, so the question is, it is possible to recover my ID if i am banned ? or what i should do to get my money back? since the acc is blocked they should just cancell the suscription but bigpoint is a bad company and we all know that so i hope the give my money back. thanks to all
