Cheaper VPN/Proxy for Vindictus KR?

Do you guys know any proxy/vpn thats around $5-$6? lol. I can only spend that much for now. FlyVPN is $10 @_@

I found one @ bestproxyandvpn but they dont have korean ones @_@

Just use SoftEther. Lot of Japanese/Korean VPN's and all of them are free. ( There are some of USA/ EU VPN's as well. Pro tip - sort VPn's by their line speed )

I use Mudfish Networks. You can easily pay $1 and it will last you almost a month (as long as you don't change the settings to Full VPN Mode) It's REALLY affordable and worth it.
