You need to be using some other type of code with HTML because HTML doesn't process into databases it is just the form.

exactly what project said, html is the design,template,etc. While other languages like php,etc can access databases and servers.

He can use a html page,let say register_1.html then to use a frame to the register_2.php so he can :P
