Server sichern wie ?

Ich und ein Kumpel wollen ein Root Server erstellen .
Ist auch bald Fertig nur meine frage .
Wie kann man den Server sicher nicht das der in den ersten 5Minuten offline ist ?
Sind die 40k Game , und der root hier :


4 vCores
4GB RAM
64GB Storage
DDoS Protection
100 Mbps Bandwidth


Wer echt cool wen ihr mir tpss geben könnt .

Und woher eine Webspce also von welchen anbieter ?

Install pf and allow only necessary ports (never dbcache), whitelist your webserver IP so mysql doesn't need to be open public, and use strong passwords or ssh key authentication.

Use DDoS protected hosting and for extra security use cloudflare and pf as well. A good idea is to whitelist cloudflare IPs with pf and block port 80 to the rest. As web server software, nginx is best in my oppinion when dealing with attacks. I wrote this tutorial about setting up nginx with php on FreeBSD:
