Looking for a php coder

I know the basics of HTML, I just pretty much need a php coder so post here or PM me if your good in php. Don't waste my time if you don't know how.

What you need?

Ok for the Hamachi IP thing, you can choose an Free Webhoster with MySQL Database Online and use that ;) or you can use dyndns / no-ip.

For the ToS thing you can use SESSION in PHP.
SESSION are things wich you can create and check if they allready set and many Things more ;)

Well If you bought a normal website make sure it has PHP and MYSQL Enabled.
