I would be careful about running this, unless the OP can provide more proof.

Your features look like they've been copy-pasted from several other referral bot threads, e.g.

also, it's only a single .exe, so the odds of it being real is very low as most referral bots require other files (e.g. images, configuration settings, .dll's)

Edit: I just downloaded it and compared the MD5 to the one on virus total, they are not the same. The file on virus total is something different.
