Aura Kingdom "Action Combat Mode"

Anyone familiar with AHK scripting and calls to DX functions? Got hooked on action combat toggles after playing Tera and Dragon Nest. Looking for a way to implement into Aura Kingdom.

There was a great script Michael Puckett wrote for GW2 that allowed for the same movement using an AHK scripting as a front:

This method works perfectly for Aura Kingdom , however I've run into two issues while modifying the AHK scripts:
[NOTE: Game needs to be running in windowed mode/max resolution]
  • When activated, the default cursor does not disappear; stays on-screen
  • The default cursor also does not stay locked in place during cursor movement. The screen pans and crosshair overlay work perfectly though.

From what I've found so far it looks like it's most likely contained in this section of GW2CM.ahk, but I could be missing something:

Code:
#IfWinActive Aura Kingdom Online

toggle_button:
if (x_state == 0)
{
   x_state := 1
   BlockInput, MouseMove
   DllCall("SetCursorPos", int, (A_ScreenWidth/2-4) , int, (Y_CsrPos))
   Send {RButton down}
   MouseMove 4, 0, 0, R
   BlockInput, MouseMoveOff
   SplashImage, Info & Files/Crosshairs/%CH_Size%%CH_Style%%CH_Colour%.bmp,y%CH% b,,,Crs
   WinSet, TransColor, White, Crs
   SplashImage, Show,,,Crs
   Sleep, 300
Return
}
   SplashImage, Off
   x_state := 0
   Send, {RButton UP}
return
Anyone have any ideas? If I can get those two things sorted out I can rework the remaining code and we'll have a pretty handy tool.

Thanks in advance!

Can anyone help this guy? Make it work on full screen.

You'll just be in a disadvantage using it.

Especially, the way AK animates attack jump turning skill cancelling.

The same system is present in similar games and hasn't caused any issues. I see what you're saying, but usage of this method is still viable.

So in short it seems that the way the games handle the Lmouse button might be the issue here. I tested how they both treated it and they seem pretty different in general.

In GW2 the mouse is hidden even if it is kept in the same spot.
In AKO the mouse is left showing.

In short I don't think there is a way to make it disappear.

In my testing though I couldn't get GW2CM to work in AKO so then there could be more testing to get that to work.

synikal, how did you get it to work on AKO? I tried many times but tab does not initiate combat mode so i'm a little lost here. Q_Q

I know it's 5 years late but here I made a working version which disables the mouse cursor.
The hotkey is 'Q'. When activated it'll also remap the mouse buttons to keyboard keys 1, 2, and 3 to use skill with mouse click. Although, currently, I don't include the window detection since I'm playing the Japanese server so be sure to exit the program after you're done playing.

Feel free to modify because it WILL work with many games with similar control. Mostly PC-ported android games.
