Change the lit up effect of weopons

I have read one thread today, where it is explained how to change up light up effects of weopons by changing the ReqLv in the database under dbo.Items.

But i want to change the light up effect of weopons in depence of enchanting.
e.g.: Normally if you enchant you weopon lit up differently at some steps.
It lit up at a enchant of [5] then more at [10] then more at [15] then more at [20]

And I want to lit it up at step 1-4 so at step [1] like step [5], at step [2] like step [10], etc.

Anybody know where I find the lit effect of weopons in depence of enchant?

the glow effect of weapons by changing the reqlvl will only take place if they were changes in the item.sdata the database doesnt play there any role at all.
Now back to what you asked if i remember right considering that topic castor had posted a few nice informations under one of his threads i would search a few around and you will find what im talking about.

Ok i've read the post. At last i would say there are just some hints now given, could need some day work to have a result. We will see :)
And by the way, his post was very informative but not for weopons glow, we will see what I can do ;)

Ok, I'm working on it but there should be two ways to change it.

One way should be about a table, but i can't find anything, the other way should be about the interface and editing .dds-files anybody have an idea how i could look which particles and compination of them look ingame like?

I've got these two tables:

and this table.

Code:
    1
	     7	-0.050 0 834	+0.012	+1.000, +0.010, +1.800	blucore.dds
     2
	    18	-0.060 0 584	+0.341	+1.000, +0.010, +2.700	blucore.dds
     3
	     6	-0.120 0 568	+0.341	+1.000, +0.010, +1.500	blucore.dds
	    12	+0.070 3 584	+0.067	+1.000, +0.010, +1.500	exp01.dds
     4
	    23	+0.070 0 568	+0.341	+1.000, +0.010, +2.300	blucore.dds
	    20	+0.070 3 2000	+0.067	+1.000, +0.010, +1.000	exp01.dds
The first column in this table is the reqrec level you can see on the pictures.
But I see no context to enchanting...I get confused :(
