Well. It is possible, but.. not as necessary and easy as it is with other passwords.

You already said it! It's a hash! So u 'rnt able to "decrypt" it!
You can bruteforce it, or check with "rainbowtables" or other "wordlists"
There are a view tools public but I prefer to write my own tools ;)

A hash cannot be "decrypted"

There are public hash databases, google around.
