If you want our help with anything, please give us more information about your problem (not the connection details, just what you've tried and why you believe it isn't working, error messages you might be getting, etc). Are you even speaking of a Conquer Online private server mate?
If so, what error are you trying to get through to us? Simply by saying "I have put the good ID" can mean anything in a database, e.g.: account ID, character UID, ItemID, etc..
