Searching for Teammember

I´m searching for 2 Teammember for my Dota 2 Team.

I´m from Austria so please excuse the bad english writing.

We wanna participate in Tournaments so please no Fun - Gamers.

Also please look at the Time difference. No Americans and no Russians.
The Timelaps are too big.

Also please look at the Language. Aviable are English and German. Realy slow Japanese and Croatia goes also.
