X-trap hängt sich auf

Hey Leute,
ich habe heute meinen alten pc der völlig kaputt war neu formatiert wiederbekommen & mir unteranderem crossfire wieder mal runtergeladen.

Ich habe alles erfolgreic installiert etc. Doch jedesmal wenn ich das game starte und er den xtrap patch lädt hängt er sich sofort auf " reagiert nicht mehr" und ich kann es neu starten ...habe es oft probiert aber weiss leider nicht weiter..danke im vorraus :)

Nach dem neuen update laed xtrap nicht und avira meldet virus , selbst nach ausschalten von avira klappts nicht.
