its the same method

1 sec cast time is 1000
1 sec cd is 1000
you can even change animation time, but i forgot what time to look for

was doing this on 9d ru few years ago

Did no cd but do no dmg lol.. mean its has no effect

another question..if i sniff packets,what can make with them?

ye start CE than start 9 dragons. attach 9dragons to CE and search for Unknown value 1st scan,than next scan is your nuke recast wich 1 sec =1000
so if your nuke has 6sec search for 6000. than select value from left and change value to 0 and freeze

First CE and then 9d, make sure you have the latest version of CE and also that you attach 9d before hackshield is loaded.
