Retrieving PWs

Hey guys,
Usually I'm not the one who asks technical questions regarding AL and I know the game is pretty dead but in case there is an official shutdown announcement I'd love to record a few scenes with my main characters.
Unfortunately, I had changed and lost the PW of one of my mains and thus used the password recovery option. However, there is a bug with the communication between WZ-Servers and my mail-host. The mails with the temporary PW don't arrive in my E-Mail folder, I have checked that with different accounts and this issue occurs always and only with this mail-host.
As we have no ticket-system there's no way to contact WZ for a manual PW-reset.
In the meantime I found my old PW but now it's useless.
Any idea what I can do? I mean, it's a global WZ account, maybe some other GM might be able to help me out? Does C9 still have a ticket-system?

Like u said, just use the icket system of any other game. Since it's a problem with ur account and not the game, they "should" be able to fix it too. :D

whata smart answer bro. there you go, its reveal that 1 account works on all webzen games even wc, nothing new but many people don't know that.

Yes I'm aware of that as I even came up with that idea, though GMs might notice my only characters are on Archlord ;)

Also, when creating a ticket your game is requested, if you don't choose AL you'll have to add Character and Server names.

PS: I wrote a ticket but I'm quite sure they won't help AL-players.

do you have any "white list" on your mail account? maybe adding domain webzen.com will help

My E-Mail host has no such thing as a white list >.<

if no help from support.. i guess there's only brute force left.. and of course some kind of a memory retrieval technique..
