Hmm... i deleted portals from the database but the portal remains in the client, how can i get rid of it altogether

and about npc directions
which directions face where?

and while im on the subject of stuffs can any1one make this texture correctly?

bcuz there was one portal to job center i didnt want there for a certain reason

Remove it from the .dmap file.
Have fun with that.

As for NPC directions, stop being lazy and just fucking test it yourself

.DMaps contain information on various things on a map including:
-Valid coordinates
-Information about various obstacles or scenes (links to the .scene files)
-Portal information (only where it's located and it's type)
-More? Dunno.

Well how am i supposed to know =x I dont see any files that can open/edit/decrypt (if crypted) .DMap files. I only knew they were boundries for the map and that they did a bit more

There is already code written to open and read DMap files, see my source and you'll get a brief overview of dmap files.
The only thing I haven't done in regards to dmaps is to gather linked scene coords, but I doubt that would be difficult.


@OP: If you want to prevent the use of a portal, don't delete it, just make the output coords and map next to the original portal, i.e. you jump in and it spits you back out right next to it.

so Andy , if i want to copy a mab with Diff ID , what attributes i should copy ? i tried the Map.Mapfile but ddn't work
