He clearly stated he is looking for a root server, not a virtual private server.
@OP try searching for dedicated servers, though I don't think you'll be able to operate one correctly when not even knowing what to search for.

I think he means a Virtual private server (VPS) or Dedicated server.
"Root" doesn't mean a vps or dedi server, it just means you have fully access to the server.

That depends on what you're planning to do with it... Root rights on a virtual private server grants you root access to that single virtual layer on the server, while root access on a dedicated server means that you have the root access to the root of all virtual layers.
