1- cap 140
2- skill cap 135
3- Join coin
4- all fortress on
5- all avatars on
6- FGW on
7- Baghdad town
8- Job system on

Second, what is "Join coin"?

That's a lot to ask for. Like Bartic said... I dont think anyone will just make this for you. Your best bet is to search around and create the proper databases and custom server yourself.

2- ok i need database D15 clean, anybody can help then :) ?
3- if i have D15 database clean, i can make anything i want ??

u can also use the original vsro database and do with them what u want.

if you cant do that by u self u have to pay or try to find a released database

1- may i know how much it may cost ?? but if i paid for one i can get any updates i want ??
2- please, can u give me a link for D14 or D15 DB clean ??

Cost would be depending on who you ask and who has a database they would share with you. Updates would be done by you since you host the server. Have you created a server using the vsro files? If not, I would start there to get familiar with what your doing.
